CHA Winter 2009 Show releases are now available for pre-ordering!

Pre-orders are arranged by company and by the release date.
Simply go to the pre-order section of our shopping cart and place your pre-order.
Check your cart out after each pre-order, as this will make it easier for you to track which pre-orders you have placed as you can simply look them up in your order history.
Once the company has notified us that the order of new products is on it's way we will contact you to see if you would like to add any current product to the pre-order.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to any cancelled orders that have been processed, so if you wish to cancel your pre-order please advise us immediately.
As soon a the product arrives at our warehouse you will be shipped the new product and any add ons BEFORE any other orders for that line are processed.
This way you go to the front of the line and always have the new product before your competition.

NOTE: Many manufacturers are now choosing to do limited runs on there releases. This limits how much product we can get from a manufacturer. Our pre-order system is the only way to ensure you receive the product. Pre-orders are pulled before the product is ever released back on the website and in the event of Manufacturer shortages they are filled on a first come first served basis. This means the sooner you place your pre-order the better you increase your chances that you will get the product you want.
Don't hesitate use the pre-order system to ensure you get the product your customers will ask for.
